Can you help me understand more about the effort and tasks involved in a new deployment of Coeus SEP?
As part of your contract with Catalyst Cloud, Coeus SEP software is deployed via a method that typically takes a set number of days, and is priced as such.
The most important part of deployment is “customer readiness”, and Catalyst Cloud provides a deployment guide to help your organization get ready for your deployment, and this primarily entails test connections to your data and providing this in a format that is acceptable for the deployment.
What if my data, after initiating a deployment is not ready for use within Coeus SEP?
A technical review will take place prior to any sale and in partnership with you. If it is determined that “customer readiness” cannot be achieved without further work, then Catalyst consultants will advise and can work with your IT/data team, a 3rd party you select and nominate, or Catalyst can offer Data Management consulting to achieve this mutual goal.

How do we onboard new users?
Catalyst Cloud provide onboarding training as part of the solution, and an onboarding help guide PDF document is also presented to you. You can onboard suppliers and their users one by one, or even in bulk via an upload of data. This can be provided by your suppliers if you wish, but you would manage the onboarding process.
Is there a limit to the number of customers or their end users we can onboard?
There are no limits to the number of suppliers and supplier users you can onboard. Coeus SEP is designed to scale, and has been performance tested at large scale in our labs. We have customers with 500+ suppliers and many thousands of users.
Will Coeus SEP perform more slowly as we scale out to more of our supply base?
Coeus SEP is built on a scalable architecture, and the data model and design are such that every supplier is only provided with their distinct data set, in a multi-tenant cloud solution leveraging AWS Hyper-scaler technologies. By automatically generating unique slices of data, each supplier-accessible data set is small and highly performant.
Our unique methodology provides the additional benefit of securely ring-fencing each supplier dataset as distinct applications, only accessible and visible to them.
How often will our data be refreshed and available to our suppliers?
By default, your data is refreshed daily, typically overnight. Based on our experience with organizations such as yours, this is typically far more frequent than current standard practices in the context of data sharing agreements. At request, and in particular for more fast-moving businesses, a more frequent refresh can be agreed.
Are we able to make recommendations for changes/improvements/new features? If so, what is the process?
As a Catalyst Cloud customer, you are automatically enrolled into our customer ideation programme, and beyond the standard practice of product support services, Catalyst Cloud Customer Success and Product Management teams collate ideation requests on a monthly basis for review and consideration
Where do we go to get product help and support, and when is this available?
Standard support for all Catalyst Cloud customers is 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, GMT. Logging support tickets is available 24/7 and provided through a dedicated support page for customers. Tickets will be categorised based on severity as P1 (response within 2 hours), P2 (response within 4 hours) or P3 (response within 24 hours). Extended support services are available if required.

How do we track the utilisation of Coeus SEP across our supplier and user base?
Catalyst Cloud monitors utilisation across all customer tenants, and will provide, via email to the nominated representative utilisation data for your records, for adoption monitoring, and for any other internal purposes you deem appropriate.
Can you provide me with information regarding data security, access security and IT compliance?
Catalyst Cloud, a Microsoft Gold partner, uses Microsoft Azure's infrastructure to provide secure and reliable hosting with a 99.95% uptime. Our servers have undergone rigorous physical and security audits, including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, SSAE 16, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, and ISO/IEC 27018. We are also certified with Cyber Essentials Plus audit and perform regular penetration testing to ensure that our Coeus product and entire infrastructure are secure and compliant. If needed, we can provide GDPR, information security policy, and ICO membership documentation.
